Pet Purchase Process

Step 1: Zoom Call with Owner, Heather
Your first step is to set up a Zoom Call with our owner, Heather. This can be done in multiple ways. You can complete an Interest or Waitlist Form, then you will be directed to find a time on her calendar. You can also reach out directly to us @ 801-252-5802 or info@bigheartedbreeders.com where we are happy to answer any questions you have and get you scheduled. This meeting will allow you to get to know us, see any puppies or kittens we have available and get any questions answered.
Step 2: Place a Deposit and Complete Contract
After you have spoken to Heather we can send you our Contract, Deposit Agreement and information on how to put down a deposit ($500). Once all of these items have been received you will be placed on our Master Reservations List.
Step 3: Select Pairing/Litter
Once you have put a deposit down you will be able to select the Pairing/Litter Waitlist that you would like to be on. Your placement on the Waitlist is based on your placement on our Master Reservation List (the order your deposit and contract were received). You can view your placement on the Waitlist on the litter's page on our website.
Step 4: Selection Day
On Selection Day you will be able to choose your puppy based on your place on the waitlist. Prior to selection day we typically do professional pictures for the puppies and kittens and do personality testing for the puppies. We will reach out to schedule a specific time for you to do a zoom call with Heather, see all the available puppies or kittens and make a decision on which one you would like to bring home.
Step 5: Go Home Day!
On or after the Go Home Day (within 1 week) you can either come pick up your puppy or kitten or have it delivered to you (this needs to be coordinated and paid for in advance). We will give you the shot record, microchip information, a signed contract, a letter from the vet, a Trupanion certificate, and a letter to give to your vet. Your pet will also come with a blanket that smells like home.
